Auction property details shown on this website are sourced from publicly available platforms and auction notices published by banks under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

AME Annapurna Mata Enterprises only provides information and is not the seller, owner, or auctioning authority. Users are advised to verify all details with the concerned bank or authority before participating in any auction or making any property-related decision.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information while registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree not to share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

4. Subscription, Access & Validity

Certain details may be displayed in a masked format. Subscribing unlocks access to unmasked details and premium features for the subscription duration.

  • Subscription validity begins from the date/time of successful payment confirmation.
  • Access remains active until the plan expires, unless suspended due to misuse or legal reasons.
  • Extending validity adds days to your existing plan without losing remaining days.
  • Upgrading a plan may replace or adjust the validity based on the plan and upgrade rules configured on the Platform.

5. Payments

Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. AME does not store card/UPI/banking information. Successful payment confirmation is required for activation.

  • If a payment fails, access will not be activated.
  • If payment is deducted but access is not activated due to technical issues, please contact support with transaction details.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing or subscription offerings at any time (changes will apply prospectively).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

9. Suspension & Termination
